How do I return an item?
Our focus is to make each shopping experience pleasant and trouble free. However, we recognize there may be a time when it will be necessary to exchange an item purchased from us. Trophy Queen will gladly exchange or issue store credit for items purchased from the Trophy Queen Web-store as long as the item is returned within 30 days of the original ship date. The Item must be in new and unused condition with the original tags attached.
All returns require prior authorizations, and Trophy Queen does not offer cash refunds for returned items, or canceled orders. Trophy Queen does not offer return or exchange on any Custom Orders.
