- We offer a 1 year craftsmanship guarantee (from the original date of purchase) on all bags and wallets.
Returns / Exchanges
- All Sales are Final - No Refunds and No Returns on "Made to Order" or "Custom" items. Because we are making these items specifically for you at your request we can not accept any returns. So please select carefully when placing an order.
- We will gladly allow 14 day to exchange any "In Stock" items listed on the "In Stock" page. We do not give refunds but we will gladly exchange it for the original purchase price of the item, minus the original shipping charges.
- ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION! Any items that are returned without prior authorization will be returned to the sender at their cost.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items sold as "Sales Samples" or "As Is" items.
- We do not refund or issue credit for shipping charges on items sent back for exchange.
- Any discounts given on the original purchase does not automatically apply to exchanged items. Exchanged item will be at full price unless otherwise stated.
- Please DO NOT send items back to any address other that the one provided in the return authorization instructions provided. Any items sent to an address other than the one given will be returned to the sender at their cost.
- All items authorized for return must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition with tags still attached. Any items that arrive in any condition other than specified will be sent back to the sender at their cost, and the return authorization will be canceled.
International Shipping, - Tax / Duty Charges
Shipping charges on international shipping covers only the shipping charges. They do not include any VAT, Tax, Duty, or other fees charged by your country. Please check with our local tax authority for information on Tax and Duty before making a purchase.
